'Warners King' is a very old 18th century English cooking apple, originating from Kent. It was a favourite variety amongst the Victorians who prized the sharp, richly flavoured puree from its large green apples. The trees are vigorous and crops are heavy, with apples ready to pick from late September and storing well up to Christmas. The large handsome fruit of Warners King are sure to win a few prizes at the local exhibition and garden show!
|Cropping||Pick September - stores until December|
